Cupcake Challenge

Well, Tracy's done it again. While I was posting my card for this week's challenge, I wandered through some of the past challenges and came across one that really inspired me, Sketch #46.

I've had this birthday cupcake panel sitting around my workspace for forever, and it just fit the sketch so well I just had to use it!
